Georgia Passes Fundraising Goal for Indoor Practice Facility

Fundraising efforts for the Georgia Bulldogs' indoor practice facility are going very well.

According to DawgNation, the 'Dawgs have already raised more than their goal of half the $30 million needed for the building. Construction began in mid December.

Not only that, there's still more on the way:

"We're edging up on $16 million," [UGA Athletic Director Greg] McGarity said this past week. "So we've already exceeded our goal and we still have two big naming opportunities for the field and for the facility itself. ... The challenge now is to fund the whole thing since we've accomplished what we've accomplished, which is a lot in a short time.
