Georgia CB Juwuan Briscoe returns to full participation in practice

ATHENS, Ga. – Georgia is getting healthier at the right time.

Bulldogs sophomore cornerback Juwuan Briscoe returned to full participation in practice Wednesday. He had been hampered by a shoulder subluxation (separation) and had been wearing a black non-contact jersey the past couple of weeks.

Briscoe became a starting cornerback during the spring when he was able to beat out junior Aaron Davis for the job. Junior cornerback Malkom Parrish has been the other starting corner.

In the meantime, Davis looks to have moved to safety in Georgia’s first-team defense. The defensive back started to get work in the first unit when senior Quincy Mauger missed a handful of practices from an ankle injury.
