Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart said he doesn't know the severity of the sprain yet. Chubb suffered the injury during a 10-yard run on Georgia's second-to-last drive of the first half. Trainers attended to him before halftime, and he did not return to the sideline in the second half.

"If he could have come back, I know he wanted to, but couldn't come back," Smart said. "So we'll see how that goes the next couple days."

Chubb finished with 57 yards on 12 carries. Saturday marked his fourth game back since tearing ligaments in his left knee during a game at Tennessee last October.
