FSU football finished the season on a high note with a big underdog win against Michigan in the Orange Bowl.
The FSU defense stifled the Wolverines, holding them under four yards per play during the game. They did so without All-American safety Derwin James who missed virtually his entire sophomore season after injuring his meniscus in the second game of the season.
It was rumored that James could have played in the bowl game, but FSU decided against that to allow James more time to rehab the injury.
