Florida Panthers Make Seven Selections on Day Two of 2015 NHL Draft

SUNRISE, Fla – On day two of the 2015 NHL Draft at BB&T Center, the Florida Panthers selected seven players: four forwards, one defenseman and two goaltenders. Selections include G Samuel Montembeault (third round, 77th overall), D Thomas Schemitsch (third round, 88th overall), C Denis Malgin (fourth round, 102nd overall) LW Karch Bachman (fifth round, 132nd overall), RW Christopher Wilkie (sixth round, 162nd overall) C Patrick Shea (seventh round, 192nd overall) and G Ryan Bednard (seventh round, 206th overall).

In Round One of the NHL Draft on Friday night, Florida selected LW Lawson Crouse from the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the 11th overall pick.
