New Georgia coach Kirby Smart is still just getting to know some of his players in Athens. Brandon Kublanow isn’t one of them. Smart already knows everything he needs to know about the senior guard who has started the Bulldogs’ last 26 games.
Kublanow is the undisputed leader of Smart’s first UGA team.
Kublanow showed that leadership the day before SEC Media Days a few weeks ago, when he arranged a private workout for himself and the other two players going to Media Days because they were going to miss an afternoon workout with the rest of the team while they were in Hoover, Alabama.
