Florida won’t need to look far to find its next potential star on offense.
Wide receiver Daquon Green, of Tampa Bay (Fla.) Tech High just a few hours from Gainesville, finished Friday’s 54-0 win against Strawberry Crest with eight catches for 108 yards and three touchdowns.
The Florida commit, a four-star recruit who 247Sports Composite ranks as a top-25 receiver nationally in the 2017 class, has 19 catches for 298 yards and six scores through four games this season.
