Report: Will Muschamp Will Not Be Fired Prior To Georgia Game

After suffering an embarassing home loss at the hands of the Missouri Tigers on Saturday night, Florida Gators head coach Will Muschamp found himself occupying the hottest of seats.

According to the Gainesville Sun's Pat Dooley, that does not mean that Will Muschamp will be relieved of his duties in the two weeks leading up to the Gators' game against the Georgia Bulldogs:

After an (albeit injury-plagued) 4-8 campaign last season and a 3-3 record to start 2014, Florida fans and national media members alike have been chomping at the bit for the university to enact some sort of a change in the program's leadership.

However, it seems as if Florida AD Jeremy Foley is willing to give Muschamp one last shot to rally the troops during this bye week - likely making the Gators' trip to Athens on November 1st a crucial one for Muschamp's job security going forward.
