3 Florida Football Players Ready To Break Out In 2015

We're still just over four months away from the start of the 2015 college football season, which gives us plenty of time to work our way through the projected depth chart of the Florida Gators. From the looks of the team so far, here's our list of Florida Football Players Ready To Break Out In 2015.

DE Alex McCalister

Brimming with infectious enthusiasm, the 6-foot-6, 240-pound McAlister tempers his joyous nature with a unique mixture of size, length, and quickness. With his massive frame and undeniable work ethic, McCalister is likely to work himself into becoming one of the most dominant pass rushers on the Gators' defense.

TE Jake McGee

Coming back from a grotesque leg injury suffered in the team's season opener last year, McGee gets one last chance at a send-off in his redshirt senior season. If he can stay healthy, his long & tall 6-foot-6, 243-pound frame will make him a matchup problem for defensive backs and linebackers alike. He has a chance to become our next candidate's favorite weapon going forward...

QB Treon Harris

Harris is currently trailing Alex Grier in the team's QB competition so far, with the likely reason being the four practices he had to miss due to a death in the family. Whether or not he wins the job outright, he's just too athletic to be a non-factor for the Gators in 2015. Expect his current position in the QB battle to light a fire under him, helping in pull even and eventually ahead of Grier as we get closer to the season.
