Ronald Koeman warns Romelu Lukaku that he may not realise Champions League dreams at Manchester United

Ronald Koeman believes that Everton have the resources to keep Romelu Lukaku, despite interest from Manchester United and the striker's dreams of Champions League football.

The Toffees are set to fall short of a top four place this term as they trail Manchester City by six points having played two extra games.

Manchester United are fighting on two fronts to return to Europe's elite, as they reside fifth in the top flight as well as being in the Europa League semi-finals.

But Koeman has ruled out the Red Devils' chances of finishing in the top four, stating that Zlatan Ibrahimovic's injury could have a catastrophic effect on their season.
