Belgium boss Roberto Martinez believes Romelu Lukaku has all the tools to become the most dangerous striker in the world.
Having worked with the 23-year-old at Everton and now on the international stage, Martinez is well placed to comment on Lukaku's progress.
He told Football Focus: 'From a very young age, he had an incredible goalscoring threat. Any footballer that is special at the highest level, has to be outstanding at something.
'At the age of 23, I always believed he had the possibility of becoming the best No 9 in world football because he has absolutely everything,' he said.
