Edmonton Oilers: Sekera in, Larsson Out vs. Washington

Sekera left Wednesday’s win over Florida with a hand injury. He blocked a shot and never return to action. He told the media he felt numbness in his hand, but he’s good to go against Washington. Adam Larsson, who was injured Tuesday against Tampa Bay, will not return to the lineup.

Sekera has seven goals and 25 points this season and is a plus-6 through 59 games this season.

Having Sekera back should give the Oilers insurance Friday. The Capitals are a scoring powerhouse, and they will need their top defender to play his best game.
