Edmonton Oilers: Pakarinen in, Pouliot Out vs. Arizona

Pakarinen has yet to suit up for a regular season game this season. The 25-year-old winger was injured in a preseason game against the Los Angeles Kings. He struggled to get off the ice, and head coach Todd McLellan said he would be out at least a month with a lower-body injury.

In 63 games for the Oilers last season, Pakarinen finished with five goals and 13 points. For Edmonton, getting back a winger is vital, especially considering the team has struggled to score of late. He may not bring firepower to the lineup in his first game of the season; however, he will certainly add some kind of spark to the bottom-six.
