DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke football team capped its fall camp segment of the season Friday with its 22nd workout. Blue Devil Network was in attendance as the camp drew to a close and caught up with redshirt freshman quarterback Daniel Jones as the cameras followed him during a recent workout.
Jones spoke with Dave Harding about the main differences between high school and college football, what he tries to accomplish each practice and what he looks for within Duke’s defense. Jones did not see game action while redshirting in 2015. He was a three-year letterman at Charlotte Latin High School under coach Larry McNulty and helped the Hawks to a 19-5 record and two state championship game appearances.
