The Philadelphia 76ers and newcomer Jahlil Okafor kicked off summer league play in Salt Lake City on Monday night against the San Antonio Spurs.
Although the Sixers fell in a 74-71 defeat, the team and fans should feel very optimistic about the impressive performance from Okafor.
The 2015 ACC Player of the Year and National Freshman of the Year took a few minutes to get settled, but once he did, Okafor displayed the fantastic collection of offensive post moves and touch that earned him the title of being one of the most offensively gifted post prospects of the past two decades.
