The preseason recognition continues to roll in for the Duke Football program, as redshirt junior safety and kick returner DeVon Edwards was recently added to the 2015 Paul Hornung Award Watch List for this season. The Hornung Award is given to the most versatile college football player in the nation, with Edwards set to make a huge impact on the Blue Devils’ defense and special teams during the 2015-2016 season.
DeVon Edwards has been a very talented athlete for the Blue Devils spending time at safety and cornerback on the Duke defense and was the kick returner, earning All-ACC honors for defense and special teams last season.
