DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake men's basketball team won its fourth-straight home game in defeating Indiana State, 87-70, Wednesday, Jan. 11 at the Knapp Center. The Bulldogs improved to 3-2 to open MVC play for the first time since the 2008-09 season with the win.
Coming off a career-high game against Evansville, junior Ore Arogundade (Chicago, Ill.) recorded a game-high 15 points as well as a team-high eight rebounds. Arogundade was followed by sophomore Billy Wampler (Eau Claire, Wis.) who recorded 15 points shooting 4-of-6 from the three-point arc.
