KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Former Drake men's soccer standout goalkeeper Darrin MacLeod signed a professional contract with the Swope Park Rangers of the United States Soccer League, the club announced Wednesday, Feb. 22.
"I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to play for Swope Park Rangers and be a part of the Sporting KC organization," MacLeod said. "During my time at Drake I was able to witness first-hand how the club operates and was impressed with its high standards and pursuit of championships. I can't wait to help bring this team back to the USL Cup Final and continue to grow as a player with such a great club.
