PEORIA, Ill. – Five Bulldogs scored in double figures for the Drake University women's basketball team in a 93-60 victory over Bradley on Friday, Jan. 13 evening in Missouri Valley Conference play at Renaissance Coliseum.
Drake (12-4, 5-0 MVC) senior Lizzy Wendell (Blue Springs, Mo.) poured in a game-high 24 points and added a career-tying seven steals and three blocks along with five rebounds and three assists. Wendell has hit double-digit points in five-straight games, all MVC games, and is averaging league-high 25.0 points per Valley game. Senior Caitlin Ingle (Runnells, Iowa) recorded her 14th career points/assists double-double with 10 points and 12 assists.
