DETROIT - J.D. Martinez continues to get on base and drive in runs.
After recording three hits and five RBIs in Saturday's 11-1 win against the Toronto Blue Jays, Martinez, one of the top bats on the market approaching the trade deadline, drove in two more on Saturday, including the game-tying home run in the bottom of the eighth inning.
After Detroit's bullpen pitched five scoreless innings, Miguel Cabrera walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 11th to give the Tigers a 6-5 victory and series win over Toronto at Comerica Park.
