Chicago White Sox manager Robin Ventura admits to missing controversial call vs. Detroit Tigers

DETROIT -- Chicago White Sox manager Robin Ventura is ready to move on.

He's now seen the controversial play in the ninth inning of the Detroit Tigers' 2-1 win Friday, the one that moved the eventual game-winning run for Detroit into scoring position, and admitted Saturday that he -- and everyone else in the White Sox organization -- missed it.

"I think we all missed it," Ventura said ahead of Saturday's Tigers-White Sox game at Comerica Park (1:08 p.m., Fox Sports Detroit). "I think you move on. I think everybody with 20/20 hindsight, you'd like to change it.
