Dylan Larkin wants to 'own line' as center

TRAVERSE CITY -- Dylan Larkin raced around the ice with Andreas Athanasiou and Anthony Mantha today, delighted about the prospect of a new role with the Detroit Red Wings.

Larkin took part in practice and scrimmages on day two of training camp at Centre Ice Arena, joining his teammates two days after his Team North America was bounced out of the World Cup of Hockey. Larkin finished the tournament with one assist in two games -- and a bit of a chip that just might benefit the Wings after being a healthy scratch for what ended up being North America’s final game.
