The Detroit Red Wings have announced the name for the new arena which they have been constructing. Starting in fall of 2017, the Detroit Red Wings new home will be Little Caesars Arena. The arena is part of a $1.2 billion dollar development called The District Detroit.
Little Caesars is an international pizza chain whose headquarters are in downtown Detroit. Detroit Red Wings owner Mike Ilitch is founder and owner of the pizza franchise. The chain sells carry-out only pizza at a reasonable price. Although it may not be of the highest quality, it is quick and cheap.
