SVG reacts: Pistons complete trip out west with two wins

LOS ANGELES -- Spirits were riding high after this one.

Riding a three-game losing skid with their owner in the building, the Detroit Pistons clamped down in the second half and pulled out a gritty 102-97 win over the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center.

Tobias Harris (23 points, seven rebounds) hit the game-winning triple with 30.5 seconds left to cap the win, Detroit's first in Los Angeles since 2009.

The Pistons held the Lakers to 15 points in the third quarter, after surrendering 57 in the first half, and three points in the final 3:06.
