They didn’t let off the throttle and closed the first quarter with a 24 point lead. It was their most dominant quarter since November 8, 2015 when Reggie Jackson demolished the Trail Blazers in the fourth quarter. The Pistons finished the first half with 69 points, their highest scoring half of the season.

Tobias Harris led the way for Detroit in the first half with 16 points, but also ran into foul trouble trying to contain Paul Millsap.
