AUBURN HILLS – The Detroit Pistons held their 2016-17 season media day at their team practice facility, Monday afternoon.
The Pistons, who are led by Andre Drummond, Reggie Jackson and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, have one of the NBA's youngest rosters.
Player protests during the National Anthem are sweeping the sports world this fall. Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy says the Pistons staff supports those protests, but that there is more players can do.
The Pistons will host San Antonio October 10, for their first preseason game at 7:30 p.m.
They'll open their season Wednesday, October 26, at Toronto.
