2015 NBA Free Agency: Draymond Green agrees to deal to stay with Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors took care of business and secured the services of Draymond Green on the second day of free agency, with Yahoo Sports' Marc J. Spears initially breaking the news that both parties agreed to a deal, and Grantland's Zach Lowe later reporting that both parties agreed to a 5 year, $82 million contract with no options. Piston fans were hopeful that Green would consider leaving the Championship-winning Warriors for his homestate team, and that the Warriors wouldn't match an offersheet, especially with news that Green had broken off talks with Golden State.
