Renderings show details of Ford Field's $100M renovation project

A $100 million renovation project at Ford Field will be a "comprehensive re-envisioning of the fan experience throughout the stadium," according to the architects behind the project.

And these renderings reveal specific plans for changes to the stadium's premium seating and social areas.

The project will redesign 210,000-square-feet of space inside the Detroit Lions stadium and is expected to be complete by August 2017.

These 31 renderings show the extensive renovation plans for various seating and social areas, all inspired by "the 'Nothing Stops Detroit' slogan to highlight the grit, determination and history of both the Lions and the city," said representatives for the design firm ROSSETTI.
