A football fan leaving the Denver Broncos game Monday night fell from a “severe height” at Sports Authority Field at Mile High and suffered serious injuries.
The incident happened at about 9:44 p.m. and emergency personnel responded to a 911 call for help from the area of Gate 5, a Denver Fire Department spokesman said.
The person who fell, from “an unknown height,” was taken to Denver Health Medical Center with serious injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
