The 2020 NFL Draft is in the books and the San Francisco 49ers added Javon Kinlaw, Brandon Aiyuk in the NFL Draft & traded for Trent Williams. 49ers Report host Thomas Mott breaks down each of the 49ers picks and gives you his final draft grade for the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers selected South Carolina DT Javon Kinlaw and Arizona State WR Brandon Aiyuk in Round 1 of the NFL Draft. Mott also gives his insight on the Trent Williams trade.

The 49ers only had 4 picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, but two of those were Round 1 picks which resulted in Javon Kinlaw and Brandon Aiyuk. San Francisco didn’t have another pick until Round 6 after trading for Trent Williams by sending their 5th round pick and a 2021 3rd round pick to the Washington Redskins. Joe Staley is expected to retire.
Charlie Woerner, TE from UGA, was taken in the 6th round at pick #190. Behind star TE George Kittle, the Niners don’t have much to offer outside of Ross Dwelley. To round out the 49ers draft, they selected Jauan Jennings, WR from Tennessee. Despite having a slow 40-yd dash at the combine, Jennings had a productive college career putting up 2,153 yds on 146 catches.
