D.C. United forward Alhaji Kamara has been called into the Sierra Leone national team for their Africa Cup of Nations qualification match with Kenya on June 10. The 23-year old forward has played for the Leone Stars first team 6 times, scoring 2 goals, and would not miss any potential first team appearances (D.C. hosts the LA Galaxy on June 3 and goes on the road to Toronto FC on June 17), though consideration for an appearance in the June 13 US Open Cup game may come into question.
