Johnny Oduya out with ankle injury; Nemeth and Johns with possible opportunity to play on a regular basis

NEW YORK _ Stars defenseman Johnny Oduya aggravated an ankle injury Tuesday against the New York Rangers and will not play Thursday against the New York Islanders, coach Lindy Ruff said Wednesday.

Oduya missed 10 games from Nov. 21 to Dec. 10 with the same injury. He played 8:41 Tuesday and appeared to get tangled up with Rick Nash on a play that eventually resulted in a goal by Pavel Buchnevich at the 12:06 mark of the second period.

"It's the same one as last time, ankle related," Ruff said. "He's going to be seen by our doctors, so he won't play tomorrow.
