Dallas Stars Take A Bow At Smashfest Once Again

There’s always time for fun in a hockey offseason. Sure things go pretty fast from mid-June to early July with the entry draft and free agency opening, but there is always some downtime where something relaxing can be done.

Enter Smashfest. The charity ping-pong tournament has been running for five years now, and is always an enjoyable event to follow. The tourney occurs once every offseason at a brewery in Toronto, and is open to fans that purchase tickets.

The proceeds are extended to the Steve Moore Foundation and Katie Moore Foundation, which are named after New York Rangers’ forward Dominic Moore‘s brother and late wife.
