When is the lottery and how likely is it that the Stars win?
The chances are small, but tonight the future of the Dallas Stars franchise could change remarkably. The 2015 NHL Draft Lottery takes place tonight and the Stars have a chance to move up to select Connor McDavid.
The way the lottery works is that the Stars can only stay where they are, move to number one, or move down one spot if somehow the Boston Bruins or Los Angeles Kings win the lottery.
As previously mentioned, the odds aren't good.
