Two more players have been added to the black ace list this afternoon. Dallas assigned Mattias Backman and Jason Dickinson to Texas. Neither should be expected to play though.

The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced today defenseman Mattias Backman and forward Jason Dickinson have been assigned to the team.
The 22-year-old Backman (muh-TIGH-uhs BAHK-man) joins Texas after completing his season in the Swedish Hockey League for Linkopings HC, recording four goals and 13 assists for 17 points in 25 games. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound defenseman was a fifth-round draft pick (146th overall) of the Detroit Red Wings in 2011.
