Second-chance points: That overtime was hard to look at

Here's our second-chance thoughts about the Mavericks' 130-121 overtime loss at Indiana Wednesday night.

Five-minute disaster: The Mavericks couldn't do anything right in the overtime. They had done a lot of good things to get there. But once they got to the bonus frame, things went haywire. Deron Williams had two of his six turnovers. He also had one with 15 seconds to go that came after Dirk Nowitzki had stolen an Indiana pass. He hit Nowitzki in the noggin with a pass as the Mavericks were trying to advance the ball. Also in the overtime, the Mavericks missed six of eight shots and couldn't stop the Pacers, who made five of seven from the field and both of their 3-pointers.
