NBA upgrades Justin Anderson's elbow in Game 5 to a flagrant 2

The NBA has upgraded Anderson's late game 5 foul against the Oklahoma City Thunder

Thursday, the NBA announced it was upgrading Justin Anderson's late game flagrant one foul on Russell Westbrook to a flagrant two. You can see the play above.

In game, Anderson was called for a flagrant one foul after a review by officials. A flagrant two is defined as "unnecessary and excessive contact committed by a player against an opponent" and the "opposing team is awarded two (2) free throws and possession". An in-game flagrant 2 results in an automatic ejection. No fine or suspension was mentioned by the NBA in their announcement of the upgraded foul call.
