Stephen Jones says Cowboys won't trade Ron Leary without strong offer

As backup offensive guard Ron Leary continues to miss non-mandatory organized team activities while requesting a trade, Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones made it clear that it will require a strong offer to make it happen.

Jones also noted that the Cowboys don't have interest in trading their running backs, despite what appears to be an overflowing RBs room that includes veterans Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris.

"We told Ron that he could certainly look around, but we're not in the business of letting go of good football players for little or nothing," Jones said Thursday.
