IRVING, Texas -- Every pro athlete’s dream, it seems, is to buy his mother a home, a reward for all the sacrifices she made for him when he was a kid.
Ezekiel Elliott is no different.
Elliott, the fourth pick in the NFL draft, recently signed a four-year, $24.9 million deal, including a $16.3 million signing bonus, with the Cowboys that includes a club option for a fifth season.
He used some of that money to buy his parents and two younger sisters a home in the St. Louis area.
"It just feels really good to reward my mom," Elliott told The Dallas Morning News.
