FRISCO, Texas -- When the subject of the Dallas Cowboys' linebackers comes up, Sean Lee is always mentioned first, as he should be with back-to-back Pro Bowl appearances and an All-Pro selection in 2016. Then comes Jaylon Smith, who has yet to play a down because of injury but has many excited about his future.
Rarely is Anthony Hitchens mentioned. If he is, it is almost in passing as if he is a placeholder until Smith shows he is fully recovered from the knee injury he suffered at Notre Dame.
