Dallas Cowboys Select Michigan DE Taco Charlton With No. 28 Overall Pick

The Dallas Cowboys have selected Michigan defensive end Taco Charlton with the No. 28 overall pick in the NFL Draft.

Dallas was looking to draft a defensive end with this pick, and Charlton was one of their top targets. He is expected to step in and take an immediate starting role with the team.

The 6-foot-6, 277-pound Charlton had 40 tackles with 13.5 tackles for loss and 10 sacks last season.
