Orlando Scandrick missed the early part of voluntary workouts this off-season because he was seeking a pay raise.
According to a source, the Cowboys and Scandrick have reached a new deal that will add one year and $9.5 million of new money to his current contract with the team.
Scandrick, who was scheduled to make $1.5 million this season, will now receive a fully guaranteed $4 million. His salary for the 2016 season has increased to $5 million.
Scandrick decided to workout on his own in California rather than join his teammates at Valley Ranch during the start of the voluntary off-season program.
