Professional athletes don’t get to the top with a lack of self-belief. They achieve their dreams because they work hard and they always think they’re the best and going to win.

This is the case in Major League Soccer and was evident when various MLS players were asked for their predictions for their team in the 2017 season.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, nearly every player forecasted his side to win some kind of trophy.

“To become champions,” LA Galaxy’s Giovani Dos Santos said.

“The New England Revolution will definitely be 2017 MLS Cup Champions,” said Revolution forward Kei Kamara.
