Another day closer to the start of the college football season, another Colorado State Ram added to a preseason award watch list.
Wednesday it was quarterback Nick Stevens' turn, as the senior signal caller was named to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award Watch List. The honor recognizes seniors or fourth-year juniors on track to graduate for their work on and off the field.
Stevens was also named to the same watch list last year before graduating in May with a degree in business administration.
As a junior, the California native finished with a flurry, completing more than 70 percent of his passes for 1,414 yards with 14 touchdowns to one interception from Week 7 through the end of the season.
