Colorado State's football program picked up its 12th verbal commitment, with the latest coming from Louisiana on Monday.
Jammal Houston, listed as a three-star recruit by 247Sports and a four-star by Scout.com, made his intentions known on Twitter. He had 29 offers on his plate, tweeting out earlier he had broken it down to seven, a group that included Mississippi State, Arizona State and Auburn.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound target missed most of his junior year after tearing an ACL. He played in two games for Ehret High (Marrero), catching seven passes for 138 yards and two scores.
