Moonball returned to Denver this week and Dusty Baker tip-toed the edge over oblivion. The veteran skipper, in 19 years on the bench, has seen some nutty stuff. He managed in front of 72,000 people at old Mile High and he knows a seven-run lead is razor thin when the ball starts bouncing around at elevation.
