Improved Josh Kaiser eyeing more playing time for CU Buffs

Earning playing time on Colorado's offensive line won't be easy, but Josh Kaiser is doing all he can to get noticed.

A junior who has been a reserve during his career, Kaiser is enjoying his best offseason since coming to Boulder. During CU's recently completed spring drills, Kaiser was given the team's Joe Romig Award, which goes to the most improved offensive lineman on the team.

"It's a huge honor," Kaiser said. "It's been a great spring, and a great opportunity."

Entering his fourth season at CU, Kaiser has steadily progressed. He added weight and muscle early in his career and is now developing his technique.
