Jordan Carrell has been selected by the Dallas Cowboys 246th overall in the 7th round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Carrell’s selection is the fourth of a Colorado Buffalo in what has been a great draft for CU.
Jordan Carrell is a nasty defensive lineman who was a disruptive force for the Buffaloes front line in his two seasons on campus. The 6’3, 300-pound Californian was second on the team with 5 sacks last season, two of which came in the Buffs’ crucial 41-38 win over Oregon. His huge frame and high energy play were critical for CU’s excellent run defense.
