BEREA, Ohio -- Joe Thomas was a happy tackle when he heard that coach Hue Jackson said the Cleveland Browns would not trade him at the Nov. 1 deadline.
"It feels good to be loved," Thomas said Wednesday.
Monday, Jackson emphatically stated that Thomas would not be traded. Speculation had already started that the Browns might deal him, but Jackson was clear Thomas would not be dealt.
