As the Browns continue to restructure their front office, the analytics gurus who work at team headquarters are gaining more power.

The organization has promoted former director of football research Ken Kovash to help new vice president of player personnel Andrew Berry run the player personnel and scouting departments.

Kovash spent the past three seasons with the Browns and Meers the past two.
